• The serial number / VIN of the scooter (usually on a metal plate on the frame, or on the registration certificate)
• The year, make and model
• A photo of the registration certificate, if easier

Since all the keys are lost, we won't need a photo of an existing key.

Once we have those details we'll get back to you with the confirmed price and the next steps.
